MATTHEW CALEB MILLS, four months, was born April 7, 2006 and died September 3, 2006 in Broken Arrow.

The parents are Ben and Kristy Mills of the home; a brother, James Medina and a sister, Marissa Mills of the home.

The paternal grandmother is Marsha Freeman and husband, Ray of Tulsa; paternal grandfather, Keith Mills of Detroit; and the maternal grandmother is Carol Platt and husband, Bill of Fountain, Colo. and maternal grandfather, Bruce Marriner, of Santa Ana, Calif.

The paternal great-grandparents are Ira D. and Frances Amos of Tulsa and Ray and Helene Mills of Detroit.

The maternal great-grandmother is Doris Conley of Modesta, Calif.

Matthew is survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 at Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home, Westwood Chapel in Tulsa.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 9 at Dickson Cemetery in Cherokee City, Ark.

Arrangements were by Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home, Westwood Chapel, Tulsa.
