KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Deborah Elaine McCoy Hoover, 51, of Kansas City died July 30, 2004, at Kansas City. She was born Aug. 5, 1952, in Tulsa, Okla., to Roy and Neta Guthrie McCoy.
Survivors include her husband, Ted of Kansas City; two sisters, Susie of Tulsa and Barbara of Clinton, Mo.; one brother, Larry of Tulsa.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Buckeye Cemetery in Madison County.
