SPRINGDALE — Leva Vermell Bowen Wright, 66, of Springdale died April 6, 2004, at Northwest Medical Canter of Washington County in Springdale. She was born Dec. 21, 1937, in Spring Valley to Jess Floyd and Eva Lena Holman Bowen. She was a longtime resident of the area, a homemaker and a Freewill Baptist. She was preceded in death by one son, Darrell Ray Wright, on Sept 25, 1966.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond D. "Buck" Wright of the home, to whom she was married Nov. 22, 1955; one daughter, Sharon Kay Wright of Springdale.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Friendship Cemetery with the Rev. Elvon Wolf officiating.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
