Mrs. Lona Bell Sinor, aged 70, wife of John Sinor of Route 2, Mt. Home, died Monday evening at her home in the Buffalo community. Funeral services were held at 2PM Wednesday at the Mt. View Mennonite Church with Rev. Henry Tregle officiating. Interment was in the Heiskill Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sinor, a lifetime resident of this county, was born at Cartney on February 11, 1892, the daoughter of the late Dick Haney and Mary Heiskill Haney. She was a member of the Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, John Sinor of the home; three sons, Claude of Grandview, WA, Lawrence of Kansas City, MO and Wilford of Los Angeles, CA; two daughters, Ottilene Parker of Wittier, CA and Juanita Cockrum of Granview, WA; 22 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four brothers; Don and Van Haney of Mt. Home, Webster Haney of Oologah, OK and George Haney of New Mexico and a sister Minnie Fletcher of Mt. Home.
