William Albert "Bill" Staggs, 75, of Hindsville, died Saturday, April 28, 2018, in Springdale.

He was born March 14, 1943, in Fayetteville, to Charles Thurman and Mayme LaClede Simpson Staggs.

He was a Christian and attended the Evergreen Church of Christ.

Bill was a poultry farmer. He was also retired from both SWEPCO and Barrett Direct.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Staggs.

He is survived by his wife Clara Fern Wright, of the home; three children, Craig Staggs, Sean Staggs and wife Tracy and Marly Brooks and husband Shawn, all of Hindsville; one sister, Jan Smith and husband Steve of Searcy; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow at Joyce Cemetery.

Married April 17, 1964
