Annie Marie Austin, 96, of Lake City, died Monday at Lakeside Nursing Center.
She was born October 5, 1921 in Almyra to the late Branson and Arah Owens Harrison.
She was reared and attended schools in Lincoln County. She was a homemaker and also worked as a seamstress for Himalayan Industries.
She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
Also preceding her in death was her husband, Loyd Austin, who died February 14, 2002; son, Carol Austin; grandson, Charles Hoehaver; and sister, Louise McCoy
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Holst of Lake City; son, Gerald Austin of Lake City; grandsons, Jerry Hoehaver, Javier Holst, Jesse Holst, Loyd Austin, Wayne Ferrell; granddaughters, Amanda Austin, Tabitha Austin; brothers, Ray Harrison of Star City, Billy Harrison of Malvern; sisters, Shirley Harrison of Star City, Bonnie Blasengame of California; 8 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandson.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Thursday in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son with Rev. James Watson officiating.
Burial will be in Dark Corner Cemetery at Gould.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00-2:00 pm.
