Ann Ella Sullivan, 83 of Walnut Ridge passed away March 4, 2019 in the Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock.

Born July 21, 1935 in Sharp County, daughter of the late James and Minnie Pearl Anderson Johnson. She was united in marriage to Glenn Dale Sullivan on March 11, 1953. She was retired retail clerk at Sears, Ann was a faithful member of the White Oak Baptist Church, where she was very active helping, cooking and playing the piano. Ann loved her family, friends and her flowers.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn; a daughter, Shelia DeWees; one grandson, Rickey DeWees; a sister, Pearlene Sowell; three brothers, Norman, Hiram and Tommy Wayne Johnson.

Survivors include two daughters, Beverly Simmons of Hoxie and Terry Shelby of Sherwood; a son, Robert Sullivan and husband Christian Ridge of Sydney, Australia; two grandsons, Steven and wife, Kim DeWees of Savanna, GA and Kevin Simmons of Conway; three granddaughers, Megan and husband Wes Bilon of Sherwood, Deana Dewees of North Little Rock and Sarah and husband Billy Looney of Clover Bend; two great grandsons, Kandon and Kregan Looney; four great granddaughters, Avery and Allison Bilon, Kaydence Looney and Ava DeWees; two sisters, Nina Westmoreland of Sherwood and Glenna and husband Leon Cochran of Missouri; two brothers, Harry and wife Sue Johnson of Missouri and J.B. Johnson of Batesville; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 1 P.M. in the White Oak Baptist Church near Walnut Ridge with Dr. Robert Foster officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Interment will follow in the Sullivan Cemetery near Calamine.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M.
