April 17, 1933 - November 4, 2014
Mildred Marshall, 81, formerly of Newport,Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at St Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville,Arkansas. She was born April 17, 1933, in Tucker, Arkansas, daughter of W L and Anna Coleman Maxwell Sorrells. She was a 1950 graduate of Atkins High School and loved helping people. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands, Bob Bryant and Ralph Marshall; 2 sons, Bobby Bryant and Phillip Marshall; and a sister, JoAnn Edwards.
She is survived by a sister, Vivian Godwin; 2 brothers, W L Sorrells, Jr and wife Lelia, and Billy H Sorrells and wife Betty; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Private burial will be held in Oakland Cemetery north of Atkins with arrangements by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
