Patsy Clay Pew, 65, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2006, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born July 26, 1941, in Russellville to Virgil Oliver and Helen Louise Hamilton Clay. She was a member of the First Baptist Church at Atkins and attended on occasion the First Christian Church in Russellville. She enjoyed reading and listening to music.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother David Clay; and nephew Peter Clay Hatfield.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Johnny R Pew; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Tracey Cline-Pew of Dardanelle and Jeff and Lisa Pew of Atkins; daughter, Laura Beth Stephenson of Russellville; brother and sister-in-law, Ronny A and Patricia Clay of Pensacola, Florida; mother-in-law, Betty Maxwell of Atkins; grandchildren, Erica Pew, Dylan Pew, Jessica Rynberg, Ethan Bratton, Ben Stephenson, and Larken Stephenson; great grandchildren, Eli Spencer and Silas Pew; and aunts, Dorothy McVay, Irene Price, Lillian Price, Mae VanZandt, and Betty Hamilton.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 28, 2006, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Chad Duvall officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
