Shirley Inez King, 70, of Conway went to be with the Lord Thursday September 1, 2016. She was born January 19, 1946 in Newport, Arkansas to Thomas Franklin and Lula Bell Stephens. Shirley was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vilonia. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of over 51 years Gerald King, three children: Jerry W. (Donna) King of Conway, Sherry L. (Rob) King Snyder of Conway, Michelle Annette (Tommy) King Manning; five grandchildren: Caleb A. King, Joshua A. King, Elizabeth A. King, Rachel A. King, Anthony J.D. Snyder; sister Barbara (Kenneth) Deaton of Rock Island, Illinois; two brothers: Frank (Eva) Stephens of Rock Island, Illinois, Lehman (Bonnie) Stephens of Batesville, Arkansas, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and four siblings: J.W. Stephens, Thelma Bailey, Jesse Deaton, and Mary Burgess.
Visitation will be Monday September 5, 2016 from 6:00- 8:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vilonia. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
