Vicki passed away at her residence. She was born in Little Rock; she was the daughter of Donald W. Rice and Wavel Rice.
Vicki served as a Registered Nurse for the Baptst Medical Center in North Little Rock for thirty-six years. She was a devout Christian of the Baptist faith. Vicki loved traveling, boating,and was a loving and devoted mother who always put her daughter first,and she was also a loving daughter and a great friend to all.
Survivers include her daughter Mandy Dedmon, her mother Wavel Rice, her brother Ricky Rice and a host of other family and friends.
