1901 - 1980
When Gladys Boland was born on December 15, 1901, in Pope, Arkansas, her father, Sidney, was 24, and her mother, Mollie Jones Boland, was 22. She married Garland Dickson Jordan on October 28, 1921, in her hometown. They had three children during their marriage. She died on January 22, 1980, in Morrilton, Arkansas, at the age of 78, and was buried in Atkins, Arkansas.
