Dora Mae Johnson, 83 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 in a local hospital.
She was a retired owner/operator of Johnson Sewing Center and a former district manager of World Book Encyclopedia in Russellville.
She was preceded by Don Huffstetler, father of her children, and her 2nd husband, Raymond Johnson; one sister, Helen Lopez and one brother Carl Jones; she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Etta Lee Jones.
She was a 1950 graduate of Van Buren High School.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 24, 2016 at the Van Buren First Assembly of God Church with burial at Dyer Cemetery in Dyer with Rev. Britt Brooks and Eddie Huffstetler officiating under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Lawrence and husband, Kenneth of Russellville, one son, Eddie Huffstetler and wife, Sheila of Van Buren; two step daughters, Sarah(Mrs. Buford “Bood”) Keathley of Russellville, Mary (Mrs. Avrom D.) Clow of Atkins; two sisters, Judy Ashmore of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joy Merritt of Fayetteville, North Carolina; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
