August 10, 1881 - September 10, 1979
Cora Elizabeth Roark, age 98, of Norphlet, died Monday night in an El Dorado Nursing Home. Funeral services were held Wednesday in Rumph Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado. Born August 10, 1881 in Bradley County (AR), she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Green. Survivors are two sons, Truman Roark of Hampton and Hamilton Roark of Elaine, AR., two daughters, Mrs. Emily Baker of Norphlet and Mrs. Minnie M. Moore of El Dorado, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. (South Arkansas Accent - September 13, 1979)
