Glen D. "Doodle Bug" Davidson, age 76, of Center Ridge, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012. He was born April 15, 1936 in Waverly, Iowa, a son of John and Pearl Pierson Davidson. He was an Air Force Veteran, retired from International Paper, and a member of Pleasant Springs Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Thelma Flowers Davidson; sons, Tim Davidson and wife Beverly of Overcup, Terry Davidson and wife Wendi of Overcup, and Tracy Davidson and wife Lisa of Conway; brothers, John Davidson of Morrilton, Thomas Davidson of Center Ridge, and Robert Davidson of Waverly, Iowa; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 6, at the Harris Chapel with Bro. Eddie Anderson and Bro. Jack Bean officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home, Morrilton. The family will receive friends3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 5th at the funeral home.
