David Lester Forrest, age 51, of Warren, AR. died Monday October 11, at U.A.M.S. Born November 5, 1958 in Warren, AR. a son of the late Lester Forrest and Dorothy Evans Forrest he was an employee of Sykes Robbins Flooring, Armstrong Flooring, War Eagle Boats and a member Southside Baptist Church. Also, preceding him in death was a son Joseph Forrest, brother Leslie Michael Forrest and sisters Bessie Forrest Higgins and Sharon Kay Forrest. Survivors are 2 sons Christopher Forrest, Staten Island, N.Y., Mitchell Forrest, Warren, AR. 2 daughters Angela Forrest, Blackshear, GA., Sarah Forrest, Warren, AR. 1 brother Doug Forrest, Warren, AR., 1 sister Beverly Forrest, Denver, CO. 7 grandchildren and a special friend Penny Green, Warren, AR. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Sunday October 17, Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Michael Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Charles Brian, James Brian, John Glosson and Wyatt Jackson. Honorary pallbearers were Ricky Johnson, Steve Howard, Joe Dale Evans and Daniel Johnson.
