Gladys Mae Harrison Pressley, age 72, a resident of Lockesburg, died Saturday, January 20, 2018 in the Hospice of Texarkana, Texas. She was born to Lloyd W. and Gladys Elizabeth Bassham Harrison on January 11, 1946 in Lockesburg, Arkansas.
She was a member of the Harrison Church on the Hill, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed bowling, and an animal lover, especially her dog, Peanut, and her cat, Socks. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roger Pressley, and her siblings, Vernon Harrison, Benny Ray Harrison, Delores Cole, Vernell Jefferys, and Ethel Leathers.
She is survived by three daughters and two son-in-laws, a son and daughter-in-law, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one brother, one sister.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Gladys Pressley will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in the Belleville Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Belleville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, January 22 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.. at Chandler Funeral Home.
