Irene Ann Moscati Taylor, 94, of Birdtown, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012. Mrs. Taylor was born August 2, 1918 in Baltimore, Maryland a daughter to the late Joseph Moscati and Catherine Rose D'Antoni Moscati. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic and spent much of her time raising her children, and helping with her grandchildren. Her family was the love of her life. Irene is survived by Four Sons: Jim Taylor and wife Joan; Joseph Taylor; Cecil Taylor and wife Arlene and John Taylor all of Birdtown, Three daughters: Catherine Owens of Elderburg, MD; Jane Basel of Foley, AL; and Mary Judith Cessio of Baltimore, MD; Two brothers: Joseph and Robert Moscati of Baltimore; one sister Eunice Hendrix of Wilmington, DE, twenty four grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.Services will be 10:30a.m. Monday, December 31, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Center Ridge with Father Silvio officiating. Visitation will be 6:00PM, Sunday December 30, 2012 with rosary to begin at 7:00PM at the funeral home chapel.
