Sarah Carolyn Parks Loomis, age 77, of Banks, AR. died Monday May 28, at Bradley County Medical Center. Born February 10, 1930 at Lanark, AR. a daughter of the late John Parks and Maggie Harris Parks she was a homemaker, a Baptist and the widow of John Ira Loomis who died January 16, 1993. Also, preceding her in death was a son Joe Loomis, a daughter June Williams, sisters Virginia Gannaway, Mattie Mae Jones. Survivors are 2 sons Rickey Loomis and spouse Ann of Warren, AR., Jeff Loomis and spouse Jenn of Camden, AR. 2 daughters Virginia Loomis of Warren, AR., Jennifer Curry and spouse Danny of Rye, AR. 1 sister Margie McMurry of Banks, AR. 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were 10:00 a.m. Wednesday May 30, McFarland Cemetery at Banks, AR. with Rev. Richard Pyle and Rev. Jim Bales officiating. Arrangements by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Joe Bradford, David Bradford, Hershel Tillman, Johnnie Risher, Robert Massey and Jerry Burks.
