MILDRED BERNARDINE LANNIE MCMANUS, 81, of Little Rock passed away on September 12, 2016 surrounded by her family. Millie was born on June 27, 1935 in Center Ridge, AR to Joseph and Mary Paladino Lannie. She retired from Meadors & Adams Insurance Agency in June of 1997. She was a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's class of 1953 and a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls church since 1963. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Matthew “Sonny” Lannie. Millie leaves behind her husband Paul “Bob” McManus, her son Michael and his wife Gail McManus of Dillon, CO, her daughter Vicki and her husband Wally Anger of Little Rock, her sister Anita Miller of Little Rock, her grandchildren Chelsie and Chase (Claudia) McManus, Kristen and Austin Anger, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Millie was an avid Razorback fan, especially basketball, gardening and loved her roses. She loved to travel and go to the beach with her family and friends. She also was a great pinochle player and number one supporter of her grandkids many sports and activities. The family wishes to extend the most heartfelt appreciation to each and every staff member at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 12111 Hinson Rd, Little Rock for their loving care and kindness given to Millie.
