ROGERS — Alvie L. Dollar, 70. of Rogers died Feb. 6. 2004, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. He was born April 2, 1933 in Newberg to Newton R. and Lula Roddy Dollar. He was a Methodist and enjoyed bluegrass and country music, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Maya Strout Dollar, whom he married in 1954; two sons, Mike Dollar of Rogers and Richard Dollar of Bentonville; one daughter, Patty Grotts of Gravette; three grandchildren; one brother, Austin Ray Dollar of Mountain Home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Hebron Cemetery with the Rev. Clyde Brummett officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Rogers.

BENTONVILLE — Mava D. Dollar, age 76, of Bentonville, died Feb. 6, 2013, at Ashley Health and Rehabilitation in Rogers. She was born in Knob Creek, Ark., on Jan. 25, 1937, to the late Joe and Edith (Roddy) Strout.
She worked for 20 years at Crane Company and was a member of First Baptist Church in Rogers.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Dollar and Richard Dollar, both of Bentonville; daughter, Patty Grotts of Gravette; grandsons, Matthew Dollar and Justin Grotts; granddaughter, Tara Dollar; and great-grandchildren, Alexandria and Wesley Grotts.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Mount Hebron Cemetery, south of Rogers.
Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Rogers.
