Carl Fisher, age 80, a resident of Bentonville, Arkansas and formerly of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Bentonville.
Carl was born in Topeka, Kansas on April 13, 1929 to Joseph and Olive Fisher. Carl served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and worked at the Bentonville Casting Company.
Preceded in death by his wife Lucy Fisher; parents; and one sister; Carl is survived by his stepdaughter, Kathy McDaniel and husband Herby of Bentonville, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Jamie Abbott and husband Jason of Bella Vista, Arkansas; Mike McDaniel and wife Deanne of Bella Vista, Arkansas; Dennis McDaniel and wife Susie of Bentonville, Arkansas; and other relatives and many friends.
Cremation services under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers, Arkansas.

BENTONVILLE — Lucy F. Fisher, 78, of Bentonville died July 12, 2000, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.
She was born Jan. 10, 1922, in Garfield to Earl and Bessie O'Brien Green.
She was a Baptist, a life resident of the area, and was a quilter.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Fisher: three sons, James Searcy of Bentonville, Richard Searcy of Centerton and David Searcy of Hot Swings; two daughters, Kathy McDaniel of Bentonville and Bonnie VanHook of Clifty: two sisters, Ruth Clardy of Rogers and Virginia Green of Garfield; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Miller Cemetery in Bentonville with the Rev. Herb McDaniel officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville.
