Jeroldean “Jerry” O’Neal Felkins was born February 26, 1922, in Lamar, Arkansas, and passed away February 16, 2016, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 93. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pilot and Eunice Houston O'Neal; a son, James Neal Felkins; a daughter, Carolyn Lee Taylor; 2 brothers: Glendel Fay O'Neal and Wahlon O'Neal & 2 sisters: Pearl Hudson and Mary Evelyn Parsons.
She is survived by 3 grandchildren: Lisa Weathers and husband, Darrell of Clarksville, Arkansas; Trina McKenzie and husband, Ron, of Russellville, Arkansas; and Mike Felkins of London, Arkansas; 5 great-grandchildren: Taylor Nichols, Whitney Weathers, Emily Floyd, Clayton Felkins, and Kevin Felkins; and 1 great-great-granddaughter, Hannah Floyd.
