Edward Milton Willey was born March 7, 1923 in Hunt, Arkansas. He was the son of Edward Dewey and Allie Stewart Willey. He died April 3, 2010, at his home in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 87. He was owner of Willey Construction and a member of First Baptist Church, Clarksville, Arkansas.He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Anna Marie Payne Willey.He leaves behind 2 sisters, Letia Butler and Janis Harris both of Ada, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Stewart Willey of Clarksville, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Norman Butler, Charles Butler, David Payne, Rick Richardson, Doug Miller, Pete Welch, Jerry Cacy.

Anna Marie Willey, 84, of Clarksville died Saturday, November 1, 2008, in a Clarksville hospital. She was born September 15, 1924, in Clarksville. She was the retired co-owner of Willey Construction Company, a graduate of Clarksville High School and member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
