Wife of Rev. Joseph Park Holder
October 6, 1926 - December 25, 1965
Mrs. Mary Lauree Wilson Holder, 39, of 112 Joyce Ave., Lewisburg, Tenn., died suddenly Christmas Day in her home. Mrs. Holder was born on Oct. 6, 1926, in El Dorado and was the daughter of G. E. (Van) and Lauree Doss Wilson. She had been a resident of Lewisburg for the past eight years and was the wife of Rev. Joseph P. Holder, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Lewisburg. Survivors include her husband; two sons, David Holder and Christopher Holder, both of Lewisburg; three daughters, Ann Holder, Mary Kim Holder and Pamela Holder, all of Lewisburg; her parents, of El Dorado; two brothers, Dr. George E. Wilson, Jr. of Shreveport, La., and Dr. Sloane Wilson of Galveston, Tex.; and one sister, Mrs. Jack L. Barry of El Dorado. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Lewisburg. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado under the direction of Rumph Mortuary. (The El Dorado Times - December 27, 1965)
