Lela Mae "Tiny" Rhea Hoyt, age 83, of Oppelo, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014. She was born January 4, 1931 in Plainview, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Frank and Ida Smith Rhea. She was a homemaker, a member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons: Francis "Bub" Hoyt and wife Mary of Morrilton and Keith Hoyt and wife Rebecca of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four daughters: Harriet Jones and husband Jerry of Oppelo, Diane Steele and husband David of Little Rock, Yvonne Griswood and husband John of Paris, Texas, and Tonja Aucoin and husband Tim of Lafayette, Louisiana; one brother: Clonnie Rhea of Morrilton; one sister: Francis Wiley of Bigelow; 22 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Harold J. Hoyt; two sisters: Pauline Basewell and Lucille Walls; one brother: Leo Rhea; one son: Gregory Albert Hoyt; and two grandchildren: Kimberly Jones and Justin Jones. Funeral Mass will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with Father Richard Davis officiating. Burial will be at St. Elizabeth Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Rosary will be 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 1, at Harris Chapel with a visitation following.
