TRUMANN - Mrs. Doralene Lavell Marshall died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 at the family residence at the age of 74. Mrs. Marshall was born Tuesday, July 8, 1941 in Trumann to the late Earl "Dutch" and Minnie Earl Derrington Baker. She lived most of her lifetime in Trumann and was a housewife Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother and her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years Charles Marshall of the home; one daughter, Kathy and husband Larry Mangrum of Trumann; two sons, Wayne Marshall and wife Loretta of Trumann and Michael Marshall and wife Lisa of Trumann; two sisters, Pat Mangrum of Jonesboro and Carolyn Hoozer of Paragould; two brothers, J.L. Baker and Earl "Buddy" Baker both of Bono; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Dec. 21 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. John Dillinger and Rev. Jonathan Skaggs officiating. Burial followed in the Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick, Ark.
Pallbearers were Scott Mangrum, Jeff Marshall, Michael Marshall, David Baker, Dylan Willbanks and Dennis Ford. Honorary pallbearers were Junior Deen, Jeremy Williams, Robert Highfill and Bobby Neal.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetic Association.
