Albert C. Bostian, 89, of Little Rock, died July 28, 2011. He was born June 20, 1922 in Monticello, Arkansas to the late Van Burley and Ida (Wyles) Bostian.
Albert was a retired Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He had many fond memories of his time in the service receiving several honors.
He is survived by his wife Etta Jewel Barrett Bostian of the home, a step son, Robert Tanner (Jenny), one step grandson, Chris Tanner (Samantha), one special great grand daughter Anna Charley, one special great grandson , Blaine, and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service will be held with military honors 10:30am, Monday, August 1, 2011 at Petit Jean Cemetery with Dr. Willard Zeiser officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00pm, Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home, 5800 West 12th St., Little Rock 501-661-9111
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to all the staff in Unit 1D at Eugene Towbin Healthcare Center for the love, warmth, and care given to Albert as well as the entire family during this time.
