Fannie Loyd Schwartz, 94, of Paris died Tuesday, July 8, 2003, in Paris. She was a cook in the education industry, and a long time member of First Baptist Church in Paris. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mary Ann Hayes Loyd, her husband, Clem Robert Schwartz, and one granddaughter, Margarette Denton. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Paris with burial at Baxley Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Paris. She is survived by two daughters and spouses, Evelyn and Bob Denton of Fort Smith and Monty (Pratt) and James Ralph Lowery of Paris; two grandchildren, Michael Kyle Rowland of Maumelle and Reese Cameron Rowland of Little Rock; and four great-grandchildren, Paris Michael, Julian Vaughn, Ethan Donovan and Preston Connor Rowland of Little Rock. Pallbearers will be Clayton "Snooks" Grist, Dan Foster, Charles Schwartz, Sam Sneed, Donald J. McCubbin, Bill Pugh, Bently Allen and Floyd Trisler. The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
