Rev. J. P. Boyle, 78, died at the Cherry Ridge Nursing Home Friday. A retired Baptist Minister, he is survived by his widow, Mrs. Louise Boyle, who is also a resident of the Cherry Ridge Home. Rev. John B. Gaston will officiate at services to be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Westminster Presbyterian Church of El Dorado. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home of Magnolia. (The El Dorado Times - Fberuary 12, 1966)
