COLVILLE, Lottie COWAN - Lottie Cowan was born in Madison Co., Ark. May 11, 1894 and departed this life Dec. 29, 1916. Altho the deceased had been in poor health for some time her untimely death came as a great shock to her many friends and relatives. She was the youngest daughter of Uncle Miles Cowan. On Nov. 24, 1909 she was married to Albert Colville of Rogers. To this union one child was born. She seemed so patient during her last hours of suffering, stating she had spent the night with loved ones whom had years ago passed to the Great Beyond. The grief stricken husband and child have the sympathy of a host of friends in this hour of sorrow. Funeral services were held at Pleasant Grove church Saturday, Dec. 29 at 11 a.m. by Rev. Lee Roy Lemming, after which the remains were laid to rest in Pleasant Grove cemetery.
