Leon Robert Gossage, 76, of Paris died Friday, October 6, 2006, in his home. He was born June 1, 1930, in Trumann and was a retired electrical contractor for Southland Electric Company in Memphis, an Army veteran of the Korean War, a 50-year member of Park Avenue Lodge in Memphis,
a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of York Rites and Scottish Rites and a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy; a sister, Barbara Ginn of Memphis; and a brother, Leonard Gossage of Michigan.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Ginn, Travis Cooper Jr, Gene Molton, Jerry and Eric Street and Lyndell Briney.

Patsy Lou Gossage, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born February 12, 1933, in Paris to the late Clarence Lyndell Briney and Emma Madeline Brown Briney. She was 83 years old. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leon Robert Gossage

Patsy worked in retail and retired from Woolworth's in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a 1952 graduate of Paris High School, and she was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her sister, Jeanne Briney Cox of Ennis, Texas; her brother, Lyndell Ray Briney of Hot Springs; two nieces, Kimberly Cox Beaver of Kansas City, Missouri and Kara Leigh Cox of Dallas, Texas; two great-nephews, Matthew Beaver and Maxwell Beaver.
