Obituary
Larry Dale Allred, 73, of Ozark, Arkansas died Monday, January 22, 2018 in Ozark. He was a retired Central Office Repairman for GTE and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was born April 26, 1944 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Cephas and Sylvia Sosebee Allred. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Angerie Terry and Pauline English; and a brother, Bobby Allred.
Larry is survived by his wife, Charlotte Parrish Allred of Ozark; a daughter, Tina Allred of Ozark; a son, Brett Allred and wife Alyson of Ozark; two sisters, Reba Peevy of Alma, Arkansas and Brenda Lewis of Mulberry, Arkansas; a brother, Harrison Allred of Ozark; and two grandchildren, Jodie and Jacob Allred.
Family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday, January 25th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, January 26, 2018 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Troy Vaughn and Brother Gary Terry officiating and burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers are Brett, Jacob, Kevin, and Ricky Allred, Stanson Davis, and Lonnie Hurt. Honorary pallbearers are GTE Employees and Shaffer Funeral Home Softball Team.
