ROGERS — Jimmy Gene Daniel, 74, of Rogers, died Aug. 13, 2016, at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born April 23, 1942, in Fayetteville to Ellison John Daniel and Betty Ann Minor Daniel.
He was employed by Daisy Manufacturing for 44 years, starting in maintenance in Rogers and retiring as a plant manager in Salem, Mo.
He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing and working on vehicles.
He loved his family and was a Baptist.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Lance Miller.
Survivors are his wife, Lela Jean Patton Daniel of the home; two daughters, Lisa Seib (Gary) of Pea Ridge, Belinda Pepple (Shawn) of Elizabeth City, N.C.; two sisters, Patsy Walker (Marvin) of Lowell, Peggy Holloway (Danny) of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three grandchildren, Ashton, Hayden and Morgan Pepple.
Service is set for 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge with Pastor Gary Ryals officiating.
Burial will be at Buttrams Chapel Cemetery in Pea Ridge.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net.

Lela Jean Daniel, 78, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas died Monday, October 25, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.
She was born November 2, 1942 in Pea Ridge to Ralph Patton and Mildred Hart Patton. She married Jimmy Gene Daniel in December 1962. She worked in the lab at Glad Manufacturing for over twenty years. Lela enjoyed gardening, fishing, traveling and shopping. She loved her grandkids and traveled to see them and go on trips with them. She enjoyed going to the Wellness Center to socialize and never met a stranger. She was a Baptist and is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Gene Daniel, August 13, 2016, a grandson Lance Miller and her parents.
Survivors are two daughters Lisa Seib and husband Gary of Pea Ridge and Belinda Pepple and husband Shawn of Elizabeth City, North Carolina; two sisters, Nancy Jordan and husband J.W. of Pea Ridge and Donna Kiper and husband Lynn of Rogers; three grandchildren Ashton, Hayden and Morgan.
Service is set for 2:00p.m., Friday, October 29, 2021 at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge. Visitation will be 6-8:00p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Buttram Chapel Cemetery.
