SPRINGDALE — Jewell P. Atha Hodge Wilson, 91, passed away Aug. 27, 2012 in Springdale. She was born in Asher, Ark., on Oct. 2, 1920, to the late Frank Atha and Mary Ellen Ledbetter Atha.

She was a member of Calvary Church in Springdale.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, David Hodge; and her second husband, Ralph Wilson; and her son, Clifton Darrell Hodge.

She is survived by her son, David Wayne Hodge of Springdale, Ark.; granddaughter, Wanda Ramirez of San Antonio, Texas; stepsons, Doyle Hodge of Modesto, Calif., Calvin Hodge of Arkansas, Chuck Wilson of Rockville, Ind., and Don Wilson of California; her brother, Arnold Atha of Fayetteville; and her sister, Enid Couch of Springdale; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be held Friday, Aug. 31, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Clark Snow. Burial will follow at Dunaway Cemetery at Asher, Ark., in Madison County.

Pallbearers will be Jasper Atha, Gary Atha, Duane Atha, Jerry Couch, Huey Couch and Sergio Ramirez.
