Hindsville - Lawrence H. Smith, 59, of Hindsville, died May 4 in a Fayetteville hospital. He was born in Washington County, Sept. 28, 1908, the son of Alfred T. Smith and Florence E. Fitch Smith, and was a farmer.

He is survived by four brothers, Fay and Paul, both of Hindsville, Byron of Ada, Okla. and Fred of Dardanelle and two sisters, Mrs. William L. Bunch Sr. and Mrs. Ophella Crandell, both of Fayetteville.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Brashear's Funeral Home chapel with burial in Hindsville Cemetery.
