Dorothy Marie Miller, 78, of North Little Rock went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 17, 2017. She was born December 22, 1938 in Marche, Arkansas to the late Max and Agnes (Zakrzewski) Piechocki. She was a lifetime member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. During her school years, Dorothy walked a mile and a half from home to the old school building, located behind the church, each day for school.
She was a very selfless person, putting everyone first. She worked hard and did everything for everyone. Dorothy raised five wonderful children. She taught her children strength, and to be very loyal. She was a prankster and loved being silly at the kids table which made all the young ones and all the kids want to hang out with her. Dorothy loved her family, her children, grandchildren and her husband.
Dorothy is survived by her children: daughter, Diana Miller Boulton, Gary Miller (Mandy), Jason Miller (Angie), Allan Miller (Kem) and Becky Jackson (Daniel); grandchildren, Amber Boulton, Emily Boulton, Justin Miller, Abby Miller, Hannah Miller, Tyler Miller, Haylee Miller, Trevor Jackson and Travis Jackson; and her brother, William Max Piechocki (Margaret). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Ray Miller, her brothers, Chester and Phillip Piechocki.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, March 19th followed by a rosary at the church. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 20th at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
