Mrs. Patsy Jean Fleener Jones, age 68, of Palestine, died Monday, Oct. 16, 2000. Mrs. Jones was born on Dec. 13, 1931, to William Binkly Fleener and Orlena Gregory in Marianna. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Marianna. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, Homer W. Jones. She is survived by three sons, Willie Mearl Jones of Memphis, Homer Wilton Jones and James E. Jones, both of Palestine; a sister, Francis Lee Miley, of Mission, Texas and five grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Jones were held today, Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2000, at the First Baptist Church of Marianna. The Rev. Steve Walter officiated. Burial followed at Marianna Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home
