Wife of Freddie Charles Anderson, US ARMY, SGT, PERSIAN GULF, VIETNAM
Catherine Hiley Anderson, 53, of Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with Our Lord on October 25, 2013.
She was born in Little Rock November 18, 1959, the daughter of Walter Hiley and the late Bertha Hiley.
Catherine entered into Holy Matrimony with Freddie C. Anderson August 8, 2003
Catherine was employed at Blue Cross/Blue Shield for the beginning of her career. She eventually left there and started a new career at the Department of Finance and Administration. She enjoyed working but had become very ill, so she had to let the working part of her life go.
Catherine became a member of Tabernacle of Refuge Church in 1994. The church is now known as Triumphant Deliverance Fellowship Church. She was very dedicated and loyal to her church family and will be missed dearly.
She leaves her husband, Freddie Anderson; father, Walter Hiley; 3 daughters, Roshonda Marbley, Monita Marbley, and Lacy Taylor; two sons, Fredrick Anderson and Patrick Anderson; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 7 sisters, Barbara Jones, Janet McDonald (James), Sylvia Craig (Kenneth), Brenda Owens, Charlotte Spencer (Theodore), Jewel Baxter and Gilda Lloyd (Anthony); sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Willie and Betty Thomas, Louis and Rosemary Thomas, Mozella Thomas, Patricia Anderson, Rickey Anderson, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Homegoing Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 1 , 2013 at Triumphant Deliverance Fellowship Church, 1510 South Arch St., Little Rock, AR 72206 with Bishop Ron Bailey and Pastor Evelyn Bailey officiating.
Interment will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Family hour will be 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, at the church.
Arrangements are by Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth.
