Mary Elizabeth Simpson, 74, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Saturday, August 13, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was born January 31, 1942 in the Mountain Top Community of Ozark, Arkansas to Youell Ray and Grace Marie Bowman Graham.

She was a pastor’s wife and homemaker, a quilting specialist, of the Pentecostal faith and a member of Full Gospel Temple of Ozark.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Charles David and Arlis Lee Graham; and a sister, Reba Umholtz.

She is survived by her husband, Reverend C. E. Simpson, II., of Ozark; a son, Clarence E. Simpson, III, of Ethelsville, Alabama; two daughters, Lucinda Rogers and husband Jimmy, and Marilyn Deff, both of Ozark;two brothers, Billy Graham and Jimmy Graham, both of Ozark; four sisters, Debbie Ellison of Ozark; Ruth Spicer of Harrison, Ozark, Frances Hodges of Springdale, Arkansas, and Sandy Sullivan of Fort Smith, Arkansas; ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend George Willis and Reverend Jessie Noland officiating and burial at Hickory Grove Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

Serving as pallbearers are Clarence Elmer Simpson, IV, Caleb Simpson, Wesley and Heath Powell, Mark Rogers and Ken Pence; honorary pallbearers are Andrew Dillard, Danny Doyle, Nathan Atkinson and Jesse Watkins.
