AIR FORCE COMMENDATION MEDAL
He served his country in the United States Air Force as an F4 Phantom Fighter Pilot.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Christine Green and daughter Shannon Green.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter-in-law and six grandchildren.
Funeral services complete with Military Honors will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:00 am graveside at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery
