Sara Frances Evans of Hartman, Arkansas was born September 25, 1927, to her parents in Newton County, Arkansas, and passed away February 21, 2015, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 87. She was a homemaker and a member of Hartman Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Duell Roy Evans; a son, David B. Evans; her parents, Walter and Savannah Carlton Self; two brothers: Earl Reed Self and Loy Self; and two sisters: Cloa Self Robertson and Reba Self.

She is survived by two daughters: Rita Lange and husband, Charles, and Elaine Roberts and husband, Larry, all of Hartman; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas with Reverend Don Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in West Mount Zion Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Lange, Chris Covey, Roy Roberts, Jacob Roberts, Robert Bartlett, and Jason Porter. Honorary Pallbearers will be the grandchildren.
