Virginia Mae Thomas East, 79 of Coal Hill Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday November 23, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mae Thomas along with three brothers, Heartsill Thomas, George Thomas, and Bobby Thomas.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Billy Ray East; three sons: Danny and wife Blenda of Lowell, Stephen and wife Tracy of Clarksville, and Davy and wife Denise of Clarksville. Five grandchildren: Dayla Field, Jeff East, Alex East, Lorin East, and Matt Fleetwood along with Nine Great Grand Children. Two sisters: Hazel Morris of Coal Hill and Lucille Bennett of Colleyville, Texas and one brother Herbert Thomas of Centerton.

Ms. Virginia was a member of the Coal Hill Assembly of God Church where she taught Sunday school for 35 years. She retired after 30 years of service as a teacher for the Head Start Child Development. She was a graduate of Hartman High School.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Roller-Cox Funeral home in Clarksville. Service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at the Coal Hill Assembly of God Church with Pastor John Kindrix officiating. Burial will follow in West Mt. Zion Cemetery, in Hartman.

Pallbearers will be Jeff East, Alex East, Clayton East, Drew Curtis, Matt Fleetwood, and Cecil Zolliecoffer.
