Wife of Burles R Scobey, US ARMY, PFC, WORLD WAR II
Geraldine Leah Scobey, 92, of Hot Springs Village, widow of Burles Raleigh Scobey, passed away January 17, 2014.
Born in Flint, Michigan to the late Edmund Michael O'Leary and Jennie Thayer O'Leary, she was also preceded in death by two brothers and a granddaughter, Suzanne Michelle White.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy White and husband, James of Hot Springs Village; grandchildren, Kimberly Duran (Rob) of Tampa, Florida, Amanda Troise (Jerrad) of Seattle, Washington, Zachary White of Washington, D.C. and Joshua White of Glenrose, Arkansas; and six great-grandchildren; her crazy Irish nephew, Michael O'Leary of Owosso, Michigan; and niece, Mary Ann Kingston (J.T.) of Paragould.
Services will be announced at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the HSV Animal Welfare League, 195 Cloaca Lane, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.
