Willis E. Morrow, 86, of Altus died Sunday, October 2, 2005, in Clarksville. He was a shop worker. Son of Porter Levi and Pansy A Hickey Morrow.

Wina Jean Morrow was born April 9, 1924, in Hartman, Arkansas, and passed away April 21, 2016, in Altus, Arkansas, at the age of 92. She was a member of Cherry Street Baptist Church in Clarksville, Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willis Edward Morrow; her parents, Hugh and Georgia Lee Culvet Hurst; a son, Willis Dean Morrow; a daughter, Lois Marie Morrow; three brothers: Thomas Bernice Hurst, Huell Hurst, and Joseph Benton Hurst; two sisters: Betty Lou May and Margaret Levern Lucas; and a grandson, Donald Keith Shackles.

She is survived by her son, Michael Glen Morrow of Michigan; her daughter, Barbara Ann Shackles of Michigan; a brother, Bobby Charles Hurst of California; two sisters: Anna Lee Self of Georgia and Joan Sosebee of Altus, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend Amos Pledger and Brother Jonathan Hamby officiating. Burial will follow in Hess Cemetery in Coal Hill, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be David Handley, Jeremy Handley, David Hawkins, Craig Morrow, Jimmy Bateman, and Donnie Ragsdale.




Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville with burial at Hess Cemetery in Coal Hill.

He is survived by his wife, a daughter, two sons, four sisters, two brothers, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
