ROGERS — William "Bill" N. Bailey, 79, of Rogers died May 2, 2009, at Ashley Health and Rehab in Rogers. He was born July 4, 1929, in Enola to Alexander and Ina Matthews Bailey.
He was an Army Air Corps veteran. He earned a degree in business management from Arkansas Tech University. He retired as president of McLarty Leasing in 1984. He was a member of Lost Springs Golf and Athletic Club.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Betty Fern Renfroe Bailey; a son, William "Bill" R. Bailey and wife Michelle of Fayetteville; three daughters,
Suzanne Ogle and husband Kent of Edmond, Okla., Peg Palmer and husband Tom of Rogers, and Liz Burch and husband Randall of New Llano, La.; a brother, "Butch" Bailey of Whidbey Island, Wash.; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
Visitation and services will from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Stockdale Funeral Services in Rogers. At 6:30 p.m., there will be a time of reflection where friends are invited to share stories and fond memories of him.
Memorials may be made to First Tee of Northwest Arkansas, P.O. Box 1266, Bentonville, 72712.
Burial will he at Old Baptist Cemetery in Russellville. (*Note: stone is in Rogers Cemetery)

ROGERS — Betty Fern Renfroe Bailey, 81, of Rogers died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013. She was born April 24, 1932, in Russellville, Ark., to William Briscoe and Hattie Lovonia Renfroe.
Betty owned Betty's Fashion Exchange Boutique for many years; she always said she loved that she got to go to work every day and "play store." Betty had a great love for people and enjoyed her customers who most often became friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 62 years, Bill Bailey; two brothers, James and Freddie Renfroe; and a sister, Mary Ellen Chambers.
Betty is survived by a son, Bill Bailey and wife, Michelle, of Fayetteville, Ark.; three daughters, Suzanne Ogle and husband, Kent, of Edmond, Okla., Elizabeth Hall and husband, David, of Rogers, Peg Palmer and husband, Tom, of Rogers, Ark.; a brother, Truman Renfroe of Fayetteville; a sister, Jospehine Teal of Fort Worth, Texas; five grandchildren, Kane Ogle, Jackson Ogle, Jessica Palmer, Bailey Wilson and Ashton Nelson, and two great-grandchildren, Emma Palmer and David Wilson.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel, with a visitation following the service. She will be buried in Rogers Cemetery at a later date.
