Dwight Leahman Hutson of Mountain Home, Arkansas

Dwight Leahman Hutson, son of the late Earl Hutson and Rebecca Richardson Hutson, was born August 27, 1934 in Pineville, Arkansas. He departed this life December 29, 2016 at his home in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 82 years, 4 months and 2 days. He was proud to have served in the United States Army. He was united in marriage to Jewel Chapman June 26, 1960 in Norfork, Arkansas. He spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, provider and friend. During his working years he was employed by the McLean-Fogg Company in Chicago, Illinois, retiring after 20 years of employment. After relocating to Arkansas he was employed by Mar-Bax Shirt Company where he worked for over 20 years. He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Jewel Hutson of the home; one brother: Cleo Hutson of Mountain Home; one sister: Mary Sue Jones and husband Everett of Mountain Home and a host of other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant brother: Robert James Hutson.

Funeral service and visitation will be Monday, January 2, 2017 at Calico Rock Funeral Chapel. Visitation will began at 12 noon. Service will began at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Spring Creek Cemetery under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.

Memorials may be made to: Hospice of the Ozarks, 701 Burnett Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653.

Pallbearers: David Chapman, Steve Chapman, Randy Jones, Mike Jones and Darrell Killian.
