Edward Lee McCormick, 76, of Ozark died Saturday, May 7, 2016, in Ozark.
He was born July 4, 1939, in Greenwood.
He was the founder of McCormick Construction Co. and a member of The Old Country Church.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with burial at Nichols Chapel Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Frances; a daughter, Martha Moore of Mulberry; two sons, Randall McCormick of Van Buren and Jimmy McCormick of Little Rock; two brothers, Jack McCormick of Altus and Tom McCormick of Coal Hill; three sisters, Lavern Brown and Lena Pyron of Altus and Mary Warren of West Fork; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
