Andrew Douglas Manning, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014 in Clarksville.
He was born May 1, 1922 in Ratcliff, Arkansas to the late Marshall Manning and Irene (Mahl) Manning. He was 92 years old.
He was also preceded in death by his wife of nearly 70 years, Lou Ann (Scrivner) Manning; Paula Manning; one sister, Virginia Soller; and one brother, Gerald Manning.
Andrew was a retired employee from ABF in Fort Smith. He was a WWII Navy veteran, an avid golfer and past member of Little Creek Country Club in Ratcliff, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston.
Rosary service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 19th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston.
Funeral Mass service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 20th, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston. Burial with military honors will be at St. Anthony Cemetery, located north of Ratcliff, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
He is survived by one daughter; Sherry Morgan of Las Vegas, Nevada; one granddaughter, Alishia Smalley of Las Vegas, Nevada; one grandson, Michael Rodenberg and wife Trecia of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; two great-grandchildren, Kylie Ann and Matthew Robert Rodenberg of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews and great-nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be nieces and great-nieces, and Little Creek Country Club golfing buddies.

Lou Ann Manning, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 in Charleston.
She was born March 20, 1926 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Claude Scrivner and Martha Rowena (Johnson) Scrivner.
She was 88 years old.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Paula Kay Manning; five sisters and six brothers.
Ann worked for Therma-Tru in Kansas City, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Paris.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 29th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Vondal Davenport officiating. Burial will be at St. Anthony Cemetery, located north of Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 70 years, Andrew Manning; one daughter, Sherry Morgan of Las Vegas, Nevada; one granddaughter, Alishia Smalley of Las Vegas, Nevada; one grandson, Michael Rodenberg and wife Trish of Pine Bluff; two great-grandchildren, Kylie Ann and Matthew Robert Rodenberg.
Pallbearers will be Mike Soller, Jim Olienyk, Doug Olienyk, Tim Dodd, Eli Dodd, Dicky Scrivner, Dennis Schluterman, and Tommy Wainwright.
