BELLA VISTA - Dortha "Hepsey" Patrick, 77, of Bella Vista died Oct. 11, 2006, at Highlands Health & Rehab in Bella Vista. She was born Oct. 24, 1928, in Prague, Okla., to Buford L. and Marie Taylor Burt. She and her husband owned and operated the Health Center Pharmacy in Claremore, Okla., for more than 25 years. Prior to that they operated Pat's Pharmacy in Fairfax, Okla., for more than 15 years.

They moved to Bella Vista 19 years ago from Claremore. She was a member of Bella Vista Community Church and enjoyed painting, sewing, reading and playing bridge.

Survivors include her husband, L.G. "Pat" Patrick of Bella Vista; one son, Michael Patrick of Chesapeake, Va.; one daughter, Jo Linn Patrick of Logansport, Ind.; one sister, Virginia Byrd of Lubbock, Texas; three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bella Vista Community Church with the Rev. Richard Lindman officiating.

Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bella Vista Community Church Building Fund, 75 E. Lancashire Blvd., Bella Vista, 72714 or Bella Vista Library, Large Print Section, 11 Dickens Place, Bella Vista, 72714.
